ALL STAR GAME INFO – RAFFLE INFO AND TICKET PURCHASE INFO

Raffle tickets can be purchased four ways:

1. From any board member when they are at their game. You can contact them here to make arrangements:  https://lhcsa.com/board-members/

2.  By going to at Bluewater Accounting located at:

30 Acoma Blvd S Suite 209
Lake Havasu City, Arizona
3. By contacting me directly at lhcsoftball@gmail.com  to make arrangements to purchase tickets.
4. At the All-Star game on March 7, 2015 during the Home Run Derby with all ticket sales concluding at the end of the game prior to the first raffle. From 1:00pm to approximately 2:30pm

Drawings will be held between each game with the final drawing being held after the B vs C All Star game at approximately 5:45PM  for the grand prize of a new in the wrapper 2014 DeMarini Juggernaut

Vendors and or sponsors who donate services of more that $50.00 in value to the All-Star Game will have an option of having their logo put on the 2015 Spring Champion t-shirts and or league shirts for 2015. I will need to be provided a vector image of your logo.

I hope to make this a yearly event that expands in both size and entertainment. I would like to find individuals interested in dedicating their time to coordinating this event twice a year for the Spring and Fall seasons. I think with a dedicated volunteer that only focuses on the all star game and securing donations and sponsors,  we can really expand this and make it our yearly party for the league.

Grills, food, and drink are welcome at the All-Star game. Alcohol is permitted for consumption only not for sale. Anyone wishing to donate a bouncy house for the kids is welcome to contact me.
